Position Overview
This is a Key PA role, which means you're not just running errands. You'll be the lead production assistant on set, making real-time decisions on fast-paced shoots and delegating tasks to other PAs. They want someone who can think on their feet, keep things moving, and handle the organizational side of the production department. You'll need to bring your own laptop for printing and production paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the PA team on set across multiple vertical series productions. Make real-time decisions to keep fast-paced shoots running smoothly. Delegate responsibilities to other PAs and manage their workflow. Handle production department printing and paperwork using your own laptop. Maintain a positive, professional presence on set across back-to-back productions.
Requirements
Must be local to Atlanta, GA. Able to work on fast-paced vertical drama sets with quick turnarounds. Strong decision-making skills under pressure. Good personality and ability to work well with rotating cast and crew. Vertical production experience is a plus. Must bring your own laptop to set. Note: a pre-screen video with 3 questions is required as part of the application.
Compensation
$200/day with overtime at 1.5x hourly rate. Lunch is not counted toward overtime. Estimated 14 days of work initially, with potential for ongoing work across future productions. At least two productions per month. Starts Mid March
