JUNIOR AI CREATIVE PRODUCER

SDO Entertainment is looking for a Junior AI Creative Producer to join their team on a full-time freelance, remote basis. The role is centered on applying generative AI tools to audiovisual production, with a heavy focus on microdrama projects. You'll handle everything from digital props and background generation to AI storyboards, simple VFX, compositing, crowd generation, multilingual dubbing, and automated subtitling. SDO Entertainment is a production company focused on microdrama content that's actively integrating generative AI tools into their production pipeline to improve visual quality while reducing costs and turnaround times.

Position Overview

This is a creative and technical hybrid role. You'll use generative AI to produce digital assets that raise production value across microdrama projects: set extensions, background environments, digital props, storyboards, simple visual effects, and compositing work. On the localization side, you'll handle multilingual voice dubbing through tools like ElevenLabs, automated subtitling, and rapid content adaptation for different markets. They're looking for someone who's naturally curious, self-taught, and already tinkering with AI tools on their own time.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate digital props, backgrounds, and set extensions using AI tools to enhance production value
• Create AI-assisted storyboards for microdrama projects
• Develop simple VFX, compositing, and visual retouching using generative tools
• Produce crowd generation elements to optimize production scale
• Handle multilingual dubbing using voice AI tools like ElevenLabs
• Manage automated subtitling and rapid localization workflows
• Explore and implement ways AI can streamline production processes while reducing costs and timelines

Requirements

• Experience with generative AI tools for image, video, and audio
• Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs or similar voice AI platforms
• Working knowledge of audiovisual editing
• Proficiency in After Effects or equivalent software
• Experience with generative models like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Runway
• Interest in automating audiovisual production workflows

• Basic Python knowledge
