DramaBox is looking for a Global Head of Business Development to lead its partnerships strategy across some of the most influential players in the digital ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role covering everything from OEM and top-tier media relationships to traffic acquisition, contract negotiation, and competitive market analysis. The right candidate brings deep industry connections, sharp analytical instincts, and the management experience to build and guide a high-performing BD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BD team in building and sustaining partnerships with OEMs, top-tier media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and global payment service providers
- Secure non-standard traffic resources including WAP sites, ad networks, and download portals
- Gather and analyze industry trends and market intelligence to inform executive-level strategic decisions
- Mine and evaluate channel performance data; track and benchmark competitor channel activity to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive business negotiations and oversee the full commercial contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through post-signature management
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and manage internal approval workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 5 years in app promotion, including a demonstrable track record of results
- Existing direct relationships with global OEMs and top-tier media platforms
- Deep familiarity with the operational models, revenue drivers, and expectations of overseas media, advertisers, and agencies
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional deal processes
- Excellent analytical capabilities with sharp market intuition and the ability to quickly identify client needs
- Background in Web Novel/Reading or Short Drama products and media buying preferred
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to perform under pressure
