POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on production role, not a development or creative executive position. You would own the full lifecycle of each project: interpreting creative vision, building teams, managing budgets, running sets, and pushing content through post-production to final delivery. The ideal candidate has structured production experience from film, advertising, or large-scale commercial work and understands how to tell stories that work in vertical short-form.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee production from script to final cut, on time, on budget, on brand
- Work closely with writers, directors, and stakeholders to shape creative output
- Build and manage production teams including freelance crew and external partners
- Lead budgeting and maintain financial efficiency throughout each project
- Create and maintain production schedules and call sheets
- Make decisions on props, locations, set design, and scheduling changes
- Supervise day-to-day on-set operations and resolve issues quickly
- Handle all legal and business requirements: deal memos, contracts, NDAs, insurance
- Coordinate with post-production and provide creative feedback on final product
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in film, advertising, digital content, or creative production
- Prior work with production service companies, development companies, or mid-to-large commercial projects preferred
- Indie film experience acceptable if paired with structured production backgrounds
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
- Sharp creative sensibility and eye for visual storytelling
- Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines
- Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency a plus

- Film, commercial, or social media content production
- Brand experience events (fashion shows, product launches, expos)
- Digital product creative or campaign management
- Degrees in Communication, Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or Brand Management
