You would own the full lifecycle of each project: interpreting creative vision, building teams, managing budgets, running sets, and pushing content through post-production to final delivery. The ideal candidate has structured production experience from film, advertising, or large-scale commercial work and understands how to tell stories that work in vertical short-form.

  • Create and maintain production schedules and call sheets
  • Make decisions on props, locations, set design, and scheduling changes
  • Supervise day-to-day on-set operations and resolve issues quickly
  • Handle all legal and business requirements: deal memos, contracts, NDAs, insurance
  • Coordinate with post-production and provide creative feedback on final product

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in film, advertising, digital content, or creative production
  • Prior work with production service companies, development companies, or mid-to-large commercial projects preferred
