The company combines end-to-end production services with platform distribution, operating with a team of 11 to 50 employees. They position themselves at the intersection of creative storytelling, cinematic production, and data-driven audience engagement.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on producer role spanning the entire production lifecycle. You'll develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards while overseeing pre-production, on-set shooting, and post-production. Budget management, timeline oversight, and cross-functional coordination with directors, actors, and technical teams all fall under this position. On the strategic side, you'll analyze market data and audience feedback to shape content direction and keep output aligned with platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

Build out creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for vertical drama content that tracks with short-form platform trends. Manage the full production pipeline from development through delivery, coordinating across directors, cast, and crew. Own project budgets and timelines, making sure resources are allocated efficiently and final output hits quality benchmarks on schedule. Dig into market data and audience engagement metrics to sharpen content strategy over time. Handle compliance with industry standards at every stage and troubleshoot production issues as they come up.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Film Production, Media, Art, or a related field. Prior experience in vertical drama, short video, or digital content production is a plus but not strictly required. Working knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with project management tools such as Trello or Asana. Strong communication and creative planning skills with the ability to solve production problems on the fly. Solid understanding of the vertical drama industry and familiarity with what major platforms are looking for in terms of content and trends.
