Position Overview

This is a senior production leadership role. You'll have hands-on control over English mini-series projects from budget through delivery, owning both cost and revenue outcomes. Beyond the production work, they want someone who can read the North American short drama market and identify creative trends that push content innovation forward. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with global teams, including Mandarin-speaking partners.

Key Responsibilities

Own the budget, production pipeline, and scheduling for English mini-series projects with direct accountability for cost and revenue performance. Maintain hands-on involvement across every stage of production. Track and analyze creative trends in the North American mini-series space to drive content innovation. Handle internal and external collaboration and communication tied to active projects, including regular coordination with global cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in English-language film or television production. Solid understanding of the full production process. Strong content judgment with familiarity across the US and global miniseries landscape. Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required for collaboration with global partners, including leading meetings and correspondence conducted in Mandarin. Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $75,240 to $173,280 annually depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units.
