SECRET CEO (Cast Roles)

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A corrupt executive abuses his power without consequence or so he thinks. The gardener he constantly degrades is actually the real CEO, working in secret to gather evidence and bring the whole thing down. Along the way, he crosses paths with the executive's wife, a woman trapped in an arranged marriage who's starting to see her life for what it really is.

ROLE BREAKDOWNS

Lead Roles ($400/day)

Gardener / Secret CEO (Male, 20-35) Late twenties to thirties. On the surface, he's just the quiet guy who tends the grounds. Underneath, he's the actual owner of the company—working undercover to investigate the rot from the inside. Calm, observant, morally driven. He doesn't need to prove his authority; it's there when he needs it. Seeking Multiracial, Latino, Middle Eastern, or White talent. Rate: $400/day | Total: $800 (2 days)

Gretchen / The Wife (Female, 20-35) Twenties to thirties. Married to the antagonist through an arrangement her father made. Intelligent and emotionally guarded, she's spent years being controlled and belittled. Meeting the gardener starts to shift something in her—she begins questioning everything she's accepted. Improv skills required. Seeking Multiracial, Middle Eastern, or White talent. Rate: $400/day | Total: $800 (2 days)

Day Player Roles ($300/day - Half-Day Shoots)

Tommy / Tech Contact (Male, 20-40) The gardener's inside man. He monitors internal communications, gathers evidence, and keeps the operation running while constantly reminding his boss how dangerous this all is. Smart, cautious, a little nervous—but loyal. Improv skills required. Rate: $300/day | Total: $300 (1 half-day)

Personal Assistant (Any Gender, 20-35) The antagonist's attack dog. Mirrors his cruelty, bullies his wife, and enjoys punching down. A textbook sycophant who's learned that imitating toxic power is the fastest way up. Improv skills required. Rate: $300/day | Total: $300 (1 half-day)

Background ($180/day)

Security Guard (Male, 18-45) Corporate muscle. Follows orders, asks no questions. No speaking lines. Rate: $180/day | Total: $180 (1 half-day)

• Location: Must be local to Los Angeles or Orange County (La Mirada, Los Angeles, Orange, Irvine, Long Beach, Fullerton, Pasadena)
• Shoot Schedule: February 16-17, 2026
• Union Status: Nonunion
• Skills: Improv experience required for Gretchen, Tommy, and Personal Assistant roles
